Last week I had to travel back up to Big Bear for work. I spent less than hour in Big Bear City, but made it a point to stop and take some photos along the way. The first time I ever went to Big Bear was also work related, and I had a chance to grab some food in the city. I was working in Big Bear City on the Southeast side of the lake. Naturally, tacos is what I was craving so I found this small little local Mexican restaurant called Cocina de Mexico via Yelp. A very welcoming gentleman prepared and served my food during my visit. The tacos were dirt cheap and tasted great!

The drive from Los Angeles is stunning. It’s near impossible not to stop to enjoy the view every 500 feet. Here are some of my favorite photos from the few journeys I have made up to there. Hopefully next time I’ll get to snowboard!
